If you wish to place an order in our online shop, the conclusion of the contract requires that you provide us with personal data we need to process your order. To process contracts, we record the essential information; providing additional information is voluntary. We use the data you provide to process your order.

You have the option of opening a customer account so that we can save your information for future purchases. Upon opening an account, the information you provide is saved and you have the right to its deletion. After setting up a customer account, you will receive the necessary log in details. All personal information, including your user account, can be deleted at any time by contacting our customer service. This information will subsequently be stored for the duration of the legally stipulated retention period and then deleted.
